About the association

What we do

Our activities began as a response to the challenges faced by psychologists in Ukraine since 2014. The application of NLP techniques in dealing with the psychosocial consequences of covert and overt military actions has enabled hundreds of people to regain their psychological health and active lives. The association develops and disseminates protocols for NLP techniques used to correct the psychosocial consequences of traumatic events. We have over 10 years of experience in using these protocols.

History of the Association

Oksana Bolotova's NLP Association was established in April 2024. The basis for the creation of the Association was the experience of using NLP techniques and teaching NLP for the psychosocial consequences of traumatic events of various nature by the company "NLP-Odessa" since 1999. Already having private experience in dealing with the consequences of wars (Afghanistan, Africa), NLP-Odessa and Oksana Bolotova have been using this experience in their work since spring 2014, helping and striving to share their experience in correcting and self-correcting the consequences of traumatic military events. NLP-Odessa became a co-founder of the Initiative Group of the Educational Project "Three-Level Crisis Training." In this project alone, more than 11,000 people have been trained in NLP techniques for correction and self-correction since 2014.
